In-app feedback and messaging for SaaS teams

Ask, announce and nudge inside your product.

No per-message fees. No per-seat fees. No surprises.

Meles puts surveys, popups, banners and announcements in one small script, for product and growth teams at B2B SaaS companies. It's in development, and we're building it in public.

A sketch of an in-app NPS survey. Meles is in development.

What we're building

Meles is in development. These are the five things we're holding it to.

  • Ask and announce in minutes

One script on your site, templates to start from, and a live preview that shows exactly what your users will see before anything goes out.

  • Pricing that doesn't punish success

No per-message fees, no per-response fees and no per-seat fees. Invite the whole team.

  • Responsible badgering

A fatigue budget across every campaign, with frequency caps and quiet periods, so nobody gets three popups in one visit. Meles is the polite badger.

  • Plugs into everything, including your AI agents

Webhooks, Slack and integrations with the tools you already use. Every capability will also be an MCP tool, so an AI agent can run a survey or read the answers.

  • Fast and accessible by default

The widget has a 20 KB budget that our build enforces. It's designed to load after your page is idle, never shift your layout, and meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

Pricing

We'll publish pricing once we've finished talking to teams about it. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first.

What we can already promise

  • No per-message or per-response fees.
  • No per-seat fees. Invite the whole team.
  • No surprise bills. You'll hear from us well before any limit, and nothing is ever dropped silently.

Join the waitlist

The waitlist hears first when there's something to try. In the meantime you'll get a short build-in-public update every two weeks: what we built, what we learned from the teams we talked to, and what's next.

Two quick questions help us decide what to build first.
